Sunny Day Soft Red meets a little homemade treat: crispy vanilla waffle cookies. Golden, delicate and surprisingly easy to make ✨

Crispy Vanilla Waffle Cookies 🧇

You’ll need:
• 125 g soft butter
• 100 g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 2 eggs
• 200 g flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• a pinch of salt

How to make them:
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour, baking powder and salt. Add enough milk to create a thick, smooth batter. Place small portions into a preheated waffle iron and bake until golden and crisp. Let them cool completely – and enjoy! 🤍
