A second machine can sometimes say more than any performance figure.

For Titz in Austria, the key was not simply producing faster. It was about creating a setup that can handle different skewer products reliably and consistently.
Fillet, sausages, chicken breast or thigh meat: different products bring different challenges to production.

And when the first system proves itself in daily production, the next step becomes much easier.
The result? A second Skewer System 2040 was ordered. 🙌

We can finally make it official: MIVEG has been recognized with the International FoodTec Award 2026. 🏆

This award means a lot to us because there is one clear goal behind everything we develop: making food production more efficient, more sustainable and ready for the future.
The award will officially be presented on February 23, 2027, at Anuga FoodTec in Cologne.

Ein Gerät, aber deutlich mehr Möglichkeiten für eure Spießtheke.

Das Stick System 480 ist für Metzgereien gedacht, die ihre Spießproduktion einfacher, schneller und flexibler gestalten möchten.

Mit unterschiedlichen Kassetten könnt ihr verschiedene Produkte auf demselben System herstellen. Klassische Grillspieße mit Fleisch und Gemüse, Wellenfleisch, Saté, Hähnchen Innenfilets oder weitere passende Produktideen.

Auch bei Länge, Gewicht, Zutaten und Bestückung bleibt ihr flexibel. So könnt ihr euer Sortiment verändern, saisonale Produkte anbieten oder neue Varianten testen, ohne für jedes Produkt ein neues Gerät zu benötigen.

Das Ergebnis: weniger manuelle Arbeit, mehr Möglichkeiten und ein Spießsortiment, das ihr immer wieder neu denken könnt.

Sometimes more output doesn’t require a new machine. It requires getting more out of the one you already have. 💪

During the season, our customer wanted to retrain the production team and optimize the existing process.
So we went on site, trained the employees directly in production and worked together on the processes for chicken tenderloin skewers and chicken meatballs.
The result: the team is confident with the process, production runs more efficiently and output has increased. 🚀

A good reminder that automation doesn’t end with installing a machine. Training and the right processes make the difference.
