Hello everyone!
I've been busy yesterday and made some sweet treat and want to share them in a little collective post!! 💕
My absolute Highlight were the "Bridgerton" themed macarons!! I love how they turned out! ☕
I made the flavors Earl grey, Vanilla, Lavender and strawberry cheesecake!
decorated with white chocolate and some food colored. I chose to make a little frame, lady whistledown aka Penelope Bridgerton, a little B for Bridgerton and a stamp with flowers💕
unfortunately the cream from the Earl grey and vanilla was too moist and made the macarons a bit soggy. my favorite were the lavender flavored macarons a unique flavor which absolutely harmonized with the almonds in the macarons shells!
🧁I also made some cupcakes! Funfetti and chocolate cupcakes with a pastel buttercream and some vanilla cupcakes with a pink cream cheese frosting!
🎂I had two cakes as well. Both were 8'inch cakes. One was a simple vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and strawberry filling and just a bit piping and the other one was a "Gabby's Dollhouse" themed with a chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and a ganache filling. I wanted to put edible pictures on the cake but me any my printer will most likely never get along anymore (I gave up and threw him in the trash) and I needed to improvise and got these cute figures instead. The cake was also decorated with fondant and marshmallows!
oh and I made a banana walnut bread 😋
It was a long night yesterday but I am absolutely grateful for the orders and for trusting me with your sweets! I hope everyone is going to have a great weekend!
