We only use Ceremonial Grad Matcha for our Matcha based drinks. Ceremonial Grade Matcha is the highest quality matcha, made from the youngest, shade-grown tea leaves, offering a smoother taste and richer umami compared to other matchas 🍃 For a short period of time we also served Hojicha, which is roasted Matcha and known for its nutty flavor - check that out if you look for a lower caffeine content!
