We get it… soy sauce in a drink sounds weird. but you have to TRUST US ☀️
Cold-brewed aged pu-erh, szechuan pepper, ginger and just a touch of soy sauce somehow turn into something floral, bright, sparkling and ridiculously good in the sun.
Made for terraces, late lunches and sunny weekends.
We’ve been drinking PROXY • F non-stop lately.
Brewed once. Never repeated.
