And what does Von Sourdough do, when she is not baking? Jamming!!! Due to appalling lack of chilli jam in the territory of Czech Republic, I decided to make some jars myself. Using this number of Habanero chillies will probably cause a more fiery Xmas to some Czechs than they wished for:))

This is not baking, but who cares, introducing Czech national food - Plum dumplings, topped up with grated quark, gingerbread, cinnamon sugar and a lots and lots of melted butter. Unfortunately, totally rejected by the rest of my household. OK, pancakes next time:)

It worked, the fastest proving time ever 6 hours! It will affect the richness of taste, as there was not enough maturing...
