BRANDY BLOOM
Grown at El Encanto Farm in the renowned coffee region of Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, this exceptional lot reflects both the richness of its origin and the producer's dedication to innovation. Crafted using an advanced natural fermentation (N39) process, the cherries undergo a carefully controlled fermentation before drying, allowing the coffee to develop remarkable depth, sweetness, and complexity.

The result is a vibrant and elegant cup where luscious notes of cherry brandy lead the way, beautifully complemented by layers of smooth chocolate and roasted hazelnut. Rich, expressive, and beautifully balanced, this coffee is a celebration of Colombia's world-class terroir and modern processing techniques.

ORCHARD EMBER
A sweet, comforting Peruvian coffee with caramelised sugar, soft stone fruit, and a rounded, creamy body. Produced by Joselito Caruajulca Saucedo at La Naciente in Cajamarca, this coffee is a wonderful example of how careful farming and traditional washed processing can produce a cup with exceptional sweetness, balance, and clarity.

This coffee shines as a filter, where its sweetness and silky texture create a beautifully balanced cup, while as an espresso it produces a rich, syrupy shot with plenty of body and a clean, lingering finish. [ REMARKABLE ]

Welcome to the beginning of a new journey. ✨☕
Coffee has always been at the heart of everything we do. It has taken us from becoming the 2025 Cyprus Aeropress Champions to standing among the Top 6 at the World Aeropress Championship in Korea.

But for us, craftsmanship doesn't stop at coffee.

This first episode introduces our very first signature mocktail, a drink created with the same philosophy that defines every cup we serve: exceptional ingredients, precision, balance, and relentless attention to detail.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable weekend in London, where we had the privilege of being part of the .

Although our role in the organisation was a small one, we were grateful to contribute and to take part in the judges' calibration before the competition. It was a great opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and spend time with so many passionate people from the coffee community.

As a small coffee shop, experiences like these remind us that coffee is about much more than what’s in the cup, it's about people, collaboration, and the connections we build along the way.

A huge thank you to for the incredible hospitality and for creating such a welcoming and inspiring experience. Special thanks to , , .jajszczok and the entire Formative team for making us feel so welcome.

We’re leaving London with new friendships, fresh inspiration, and plenty of ideas to bring back home.
