This one is special ! It's been on the list since day one and everybody loves it.
It's made with mix of white and wholewheat organic flours, that gives it a slightly nutty flavour aided by floral local honey. But the real star in this bread are the seeds: toasted pumpkin, sunflower and black sesame seeds mixed with chia and linen seeds witch brings the nuttyness of this bread to another level.
It's good with jam, it's good with cheese, it's good with stews ... it's good!
A-a-and its 100% naturally leavened and fermented slowly overnight ... which is the only way bread should be made.

What do I do? I make bread and do dad stuff like cooking, cleaning, playing with Lego, drawing rainbows, watching cartoons and many more fun activities!
