It is with sadness and a heavy heart that we offer our beloved business
Sanctuary Sailing Adventures, aka “Sandy” for sale at this time due to the sudden illness of her captain, Hugo Cantellops.
Sanctuary is a turn key charter business located in playa Panama Costa Rica. She is registered and up to date as a (12) passenger, (3) crew, sailing yacht/business in Costa Rica with permits good until May of 2025.
This is an opportunity to do something extraordinary while earning revenue in paradise.
Whether you’re looking for a solid business (part time or full time), on the water moveable condo, or just a vessel to enjoy the beautiful Costa Rican waters, this is it!
We are asking only $60,000 obo and will be hosting an open boat on Saturday September 7th & 14th from 9:00 - 12:00.
All persons interested in attending on either day, or wanting a private showing must contact Gaby to make the necessary
arrangements.
Sea trials offered only as a precursor to the final sale.
Sanctuary is a 1974 gulf star 41’ sloop with (2) bedrooms, (2)heads, (1) has a full shower and automatic toilet, stove, water maker, radio, Garmin chart plotter, extra main sail, spinnaker sail with poles, air conditioner (needs servicing), generator 3500 predator, 4107 Perkins engine (recently rebuilt), Warner 2x1 transmission (recently rebuilt), extra heat exchanger, water pump, solar panel 1500, 100 gallon water tank, 50 gallon diesel tank and a windlass with Bruce anchor. Needs bottom paint and refrigerator motor, mechanically she is in excellent condition, she does however need some cosmetic touch ups.
Also included is a 21‘ panga with a 9.8 Tohatsu engine. a Caribe 9’ Zodiac, a large cooler, snorkeling eq for (12), life vests, (2) fishing poles, food and drink service for (12), BC with tank, towels, mooring in playa Panama (this can be moved to Del Coco or Hermosa), website, domaine, and corporation.
