As I was scrolling my photo gallery and erasing many photos that were duplicated or not useful anymore, I came across this one, from June 2020. And I saw how far I've come from that woman working in that kitchen, in Colombia; baking day and night; trying to stay afloat throughout a pandemic year, sometimes hopeful, and some other times with not a single clue of how I was to provide for my two boys and also keep healthy and safe, all at once.
When I fist saw this image, I saw a woman baking. Now, two years later and in a different country, I see a woman capable of anything she puts her mind on.
I am a living example of that thought that says "We can be and do anything we want"
I never, in my wildest dreams thought I would say this, but here it goes: Thank you, 2020. You introduced me to myself, and showed me there are no limits if there's will.
Hello Nayma, it's a pleasure to meet you, and I absolutely love to experience this ride called "life" with you ♥️
