Woodward 8200-507 DVP Digital Valve Positioner IP30

DVP models with IP30 enclosure must be installed into a cabinet with an IP54 or higher rating when used

in a Zone 2 hazardous location. The end user is responsible for providing a final enclosure that meets the

requirements of a suitable protection method defined in IEC 60079 series. The IP54 cabinet shall suitable

for the full ambient temperature rating of the DVP model selected and properly sized, so that after

installation the maximum surface temperature is less than 115 °C to assure T4 temperature class.

The DVP shall not be installed in areas exceeding in Pollution Degree 2, as defined in IEC 60664-1.

The user shall ensure that a minimum clearance of 6.4 mm between live parts and earthed metal is

maintained.

Internal batteries located on the Communication Module (models with Ethernet option) are not to be

charged and are not customer replaceable.

Transient protection for the DVP is to be provided externally by the end user. The transient protection

device is to be set at a level not exceeding 140% of the peak rated voltage (150 Vdc). Transient

protection is not required for equipment marked for 18 Vdc to 32 Vdc

The patented Sealweld® Mongoose is a small frame-mounted manual injection pump. It features one of the quickest lock and release caps in the industry, making refilling fast and easy. Sealweld Ball Valve Sealant #5050 provides an insoluble film of lubricant to protect seal faces and reduce torque requirements. Specially processed particles of PTFE will seal scratches to sealing surfaces up to 0.030". Will not harden or plug off conventional giant buttonhead sealant injection fittings. #5050 is ideal for use in natural gas, water, oil, and related by-products. Use in ball, gate and plug valves, or***ce fittings, valve stems and seat seals with minor to severe leakage problems. Use at refineries, wellheads, pump or compressor stations and in gas distribution systems. Suitable for crude oil, sour gas, CO2, water/ brine solutions, and refined petroleum product pipelines.

For best results, first inject Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus, then leave in the valve for 30 - 40 minutes (up to 8 hours for problem valves). Purge the system with Sealweld Total-Lube #911. Inject Ball Valve Sealant #5050 if Total-Lube #911 fails to hold a reliable seal. #5050 is also available in heavier grades for severely leaking valves and emergency valve sealing conditions.
