We finally hired a pastry chef, Sandra! We get so lucky with great employees. Her deserts are tens! I love the way she explained it to me in her delightful French accent, "you are American, you eat bergers, so I create for you". It's delicious. I never had a desert that truly struck my heart, thank you Sandra you are amazing. Sesame sponge cake bun smashed with fresh mango, chocolate, and peanut paste!
