Our Story
Vincent has baked and traveled from France to US, , Switzerland, Hungary, Nepal, and now China. He came to Kunming for the love of his life, and brought authentic French pastries to her home city. While core ingredients (flour, butter, creme etc.) are imported, we work closely with selected local suppliers for quality ingredients with positive social and environmental impact on the local community, such as Tibetan Barley flour and rice flour from Drolma-la’s family in Shangri-la, beef from Tingmu Ltd. outside Kunming etc.
