Hallo. Nur eine kurze Mitteilung. Andy's Bäckerei ist noch zu. Diese Änderungen auf dem Profil sind von Facebook gewünscht worden. Einen neuen platz gibts noch nicht. Die Idee ist nicht gestorben, nur denke ich das es sinnvoll ist abzuwarten bis wieder einigermassen Ruhe eingekehrt ist und beständige Vorschriften existieren. Diese Schliessungen und Abrisse sind leider immer noch nicht beendet, also sind weiter gegangen und die Vorschriften für Gewerbe strenger geworden und auch wenn nötig angepasst, was ja eigentlich gut ist, jedoch stellt das eine Unsicherheit dar wenn man etwas aufmachen will und nach derzeitigen Bestimmungen baut, jedoch wenn es soweit ist feststellt das man ins leere läuft, weil sich etwas geändert hat. Evt. beruhigt sich auch der Immobilienmarkt ein bisschen und die Mieten werden und bleiben bezahlbar.
just a few words. The changes on this side were a request of facebook. The Idea of re-opening Andy's bakery is still on, but we did not find an suitable and affordable place yet. Besides things are not stable since the closing of businesses and the destruction of space are still going on. Also the regulations are quite tight, what actually is a good thing , but also still object to change. We hope that in Time things will settle and reliable, and also hopefully renting becomes a little more affordable and stable. Than things will go on again we promise.
