We achieved our primary aim which was skill acquisition, creating an environmental friendly base and empowering women and young girls in our community, here’s our end product, cassava flour from cassava which can further be used for baking, making spaghetti…there’s joy in empowering the community

Natural Food Transformation and preservation workshops:
Creating a social mindset shift in our rural communities, we are working alongside our rural inhabitants and internally displaced persons (IDP)to enabale them gain employment and leadership skills. These are the little activities we have been doing so far to spice up our communities.we transform our local products (cassava,cocoyam, plantains) into flour which we use for baking without any animal byproducts Join us to impact and change a Life....Yes...Just one person at a time🥬🥦🫑

At Cucu’s cakes and pastries friendly Training Center, we had the opportunity to offer free Capacity building sessions to more than 40 beneficiaries and with the major objective of encouraging local people to take action on local issues themselves so as to fosters a sense of ownership and empowerment, so that they as community partners would gain greater control over their own future development.
During the workshops, we all had the opportunity to develop and strengthen new skills, instincts, abilities, processes and also resources that organizations (like ours) and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world.

Here’s a workshop of me teaching and training IDP(internally displaced persons)girls and women in the community food transformation and preservation using local products like cassava, plantains, cocoyams to make flour which is later being used to make cakes without animal bi products, cookies, Spagetti etc
