Hi new ones 🤍

I’m so happy you found your way to my page.
Here are a few random facts about me… swipe through 🫶🏻

1. I made my very first decorated fondant cake in 2013 for my daughter’s Halloween birthday 🎃
I never imagined it would one day become my full time job.

2. Since 2018 I’ve officially been self employed and still create every single cake myself from my home studio in Switzerland 🇨🇭

3. I care deeply about flavour.
A cake can look stunning, but if the taste disappoints me, it’s a no from me 😅

4. Music has always been a huge part of my life.
R&B, Soul, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Reggae… I basically live with headphones on 🎧

5. Concerts make me ridiculously happy.
There’s just something magical about thousands of people singing the same lyrics and feeling the same emotions at once ✨

6. I think in melodies and lyrics.
Maybe that’s why I love so much that my kids dance. They reflect my love for music and movement in the most beautiful way 🫶🏻

7. I LOVE the ocean.
Spain and Italy feel like a second home to me because of my roots, the culture, the people, the food and the energy 🌊🍋

8. One of my favourite things in life is sitting around a table with good people, cooking together, eating for hours and having deep conversations.

9. I’m actually pretty introverted at first.
But once I trust you, I’ll move mountains for you 🤍

10. I’m very detail oriented and perfectionistic.
Which is both my superpower and my personal nightmare sometimes 😂

11. Sunsets, forests, travelling, redesigning rooms, beautiful interiors and unforgettable food experiences make me ridiculously happy ✨

12. My curls are basically part of my personality at this point 😅

13. I’m direct, emotional, caring and very family oriented.
And honestly… I still get emotional every time someone trusts me with a cake for an important moment in their life.

Giselle ist gestern 18 geworden.

Wenn die beste Freundin deiner Tochter so einen Moment erreicht…und du sie kennst, seit sie ein kleines Mädchen war, sie hast aufwachsen sehen - vom Kind zum Teenie, zur jungen Frau - dann fühlt sich das plötzlich nach MEHR an.

Weil du sie angefeuert hast bei ihren Tanzcontests, mitgefühlt beim ersten Breakup, sie ein Stück begleitet hast - durch all die Sleepovers bei euch zuhause.

Höhen und Tiefen, Tränen, Lachen, auch mal Streit… und trotzdem haben Eden und Giselle immer wieder zueinander gefunden.

Als wäre da dieses unsichtbare Band zwischen ihnen.

So unterschiedlich - innen wie aussen -
und doch irgendwie wie Yin und Yang. ☯️

Bei so einem Meilenstein dabei zu sein… das berührt. Und ja - dann braucht es natürlich eine Torte.

Für genau solche Momente mache ich meine Torten. Nicht einfach für den Anlass, sondern für das, was er bedeutet.🩶🤍🩶
