I have hung up my apron and closed Gillian’s cakes for good. My time now is spent with my family and especially my grandchildren 🥰
Therefore, to all you cake makers out there….especially if you are just starting out!!!!
I have soooo much equipment which would really serve any bakers well.
It starts with a professional chocolate fridge which is great for cakes, fondant, sugar and wafer paper flowers (my saviour on so many damp hot wedding season days)!
A 5litre mixer.
Bakers trolley.
Professional stainless steel table.
Large stainless steel topped island( especially made by a local carpenter for me) with lots of storage space and seating area to work.
Fondant roller ( electric).
Numerous molds, flower making stuff, cake stands, cake boards/boxes etc. etc.
