Yesterday at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues we rolled out a red‑carpet cake for a very special Bat Mitzvah star — black, white and red with a touch of gold, cinema clapper, film reels and her very own Oscar on top… all hiding a light chocolate sponge and cloud‑soft milk chocolate whipped ganache inside.

Turning Mayiana Jewels’ MY Affection pendant into a tiny edible “Christmas tree” 💚
The deep green body, shimmering like pine needles, dotted with sugar-pearl “diamonds” and finished with a soft gold luster on the head, arms and legs… every little detail was crafted by hand and with so much passion.
