Days start very early at Parisserie Atelier, like every other bakery ⏰

Some would have just gone to bed when the chef switches on the lights of atelier.. The smell of the first croissants covers the streets when sun is still shy to show its face.. Final touches needed to turn sugar, milk and chocolate into pieces of art are made way before the city wakes up.
