It’s a new year but we’ll stick to the same old healthy lifestyle… Our first salad recipe of the year 😍

Shrimp avocado salad :
Ingredients:
- Ripe avocado
- Pan seared shrimps (seasoned with salt and white
pepper)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onions
- A little bit of yellow bell peppers (wanted a different twist to my regular recipe)

Process:
Wash and chop up all ingredients except the shrimps. Wash, devein and cook your shrimps .
Mix all sliced ingredients alongside the shrimps and enjoy 😊
NB: You can have this with no salad cream, as well as with a cocktail sauce or any other salad dressing of your choice .

Easy garlic shrimps recipe :
Ingredients:
- Shrimps
- Finely chopped or crushed garlic
- Chopped persil
- A pinch of salt
- White pepper
- Paprika
- 1 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons of oil.

Process:
- Preheat a clean stir fry pan or frying pan
- Add your oil
- Add 3/4 of the crushed garlic and let cook for a few minutes.
- Add your table spoon of lemon juice
- Season your cleaned and deveined shrimps with salt or cubes, white pepper and paprika
- Add the already cleaned and seasoned shrimps into the garlic mixture on your cooker
- Cook each side of the shrimps for 3 mins and then flip.
- Throw in the little portion of your garlic, your chopped persil amd during the last 2 mins of cooking ie when you’ve cooked the first side of the shrimps for about two minutes add these ingredients.
It’s a quick yet delicious meal and you’ll absolutely love it .
NB: You can add your chopped garlic at the start but I love having a little chopped at the end of the cooking process.

Easy pepper soup recipe :
Ingredients: Pepper(Cameroonian pepper or any other hot pepper), ginger , garlic, basil, persil, bay leaves, onion, a few cloves, maggi or salt, vegetable oil, water, goat meat or any other protein of your choice.
Procedure: Blend all your ingredients (only leave a little chopped basil leaves to throw in when all is ready). Add all ingredients into the pot containing your washed and sliced meat, add salt (or culinary cubes). Let it all steam with the meat for a few minutes , then add clean water. Let it cook till the meat is ready. Before you take off the pot from the heat, throw in the little portion of sliced basil leaves. You can enjoy this with boiled unripe plantains like I did , or yams or anything else.

Bee’s avocado shrimps cocktail salad 🥰

Ingredients:
- Shrimps(cleaned and deveined)
- Chopped red onion
- 1 large avocado
- 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes
- A pinch of salt
- A little chopped persil
- A pinch of white pepper
- A tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of a cocktail sauce or you can make one from scratch.

Process:
* Add a tablespoon of oil in a preheated pan, add in the shrimps which have been seasoned with the salt and white pepper. Let each side sit for about 3-4 mins then flip and they are good to go but a few seconds to the end of your 4 mins , add in your finely chopped persil. Remove the cooked shrimps and set aside.
* Wash and dice your ripe avocado (take off the skin). * Wash and dice your red onion.
* Add all ingredients with the cooked shrimps into a clean bowl.
* Add your cocktail sauce into the mixture and stir.

Enjoy your avocado shrimp cocktail salad 🥰
