【奶黃月餅芝士蛋糕？】
一年一度 炙燒鹹蛋黃 終於返黎啦，其中一隻最多人要求我地再出嘅口味。不過今年呢個係一個Upgraded 版本，更加食到軟心奶黃月餅嘅味道 - 軟心炙燒鹹蛋黃自私蛋糕！

呢個蛋糕採用我地Cheesy 自家制鹹蛋黃醬去製造。以香脆肉鬆餅底為地基，上面嘅芝士身就係鹹蛋黃芝士醬，再夾多層咸蛋⿈奶黃軟⼼餡，做出軟心奶黃月餅嘅味道同體驗。

蛋糕面抹上Cheesy 標誌淡忌廉，上面又再落多層自家制鹹蛋黃醬，最後以炙燒芝士為呢件作品畫上句號//

鹹蛋黃嘅味道香得黎，芝士味亦唔會冇掟企。

Crafted with our signature house-made salted egg sauce, it is built on a crispy pork floss biscuit crust, with a rich salted egg cheesecake layered, and sandwiched a layer of molten salted egg custard to recreate that classic mooncake experience.

We use a 3-day pandan extract blended into our newly crafted cheesecake, with a hidden coconut rice mochi layer for that killer texture. Topped with our exclusive pandan custard and coconut shreds. The aroma is insane.
