啱啱過咗個「寒露」，炎暑退，秋風起，最啱沖杯溫和舒服嘅茶🍂。伯爵茶本身就係舒壓好物，芝士蛋糕就更加唔洗講啦，兩樣加埋… …Cheesy驚你食完每日笑住咁番工，哈哈。

不過Earl Grey夾蛋糕真係有種紓壓感，茶感又可以解膩，成隻味就係巧斯服，無補充🧘🏽。已經可以落單，最快星期二就食到，建議趁天氣好，買番件獎勵一下捱到十月嘅自己啦🫵🏼。

Cheesy新長期口味解鎖——伯爵茶自私蛋糕☕

事隔多月，終於又有隻香濃嘅茶味蛋糕推出啦🫵🏼。適逢開始入秋，呢種淡然易入口嘅味道係幾應節嘅，食完可以鬆鬆個人🧘🏽。今次隻伯爵茶底再次經過團隊調配，保持一貫嘅濃郁茶香，但謝絕苦澀，唔會有突兀嘅味道。

中間芝士蛋糕身都加入左一層又一層嘅伯爵茶醬，全自家調製，為求平衡芝士嘅軟滑同茶嘅濃稠感，你會食到伯爵茶味不斷滲出，但同時有蛋糕應有嘅香軟口感🫦(mwah) 。最頂層有Cheesy嘅招牌忌廉加上一層自家伯爵茶醬，連餅底都調製過，散發出陣陣茶香。

【檸檬柚子製作日常】可能係Cheesy最低調嘅長期口味🍋

檸檬柚子一直以嚟都係長期低調，唔會好起眼，但一直默默有人幫襯嘅口味。自家嘅檸檬柚子醬散發出濃郁嘅果酸口感，中間一層滑溜滑溜嘅果凍搭埋嘅軟滑芝士身，呢個組合就好似番茄點薯條咁夾，無論咩年代都咁啱食嘅。

兩樣都係會一發不可收拾，上次用咗Cheesy半個鐘先叫得醒個同事，因為佢喺夢入面食緊個8吋蛋糕，Cheesy要等佢食完先識醒。

為咗大家手上嘅蛋糕著想，我哋都真係付出唔少，所以珍惜Cheesy，珍惜自私蛋糕；⚠️順便珍惜埋最後一個月嘅 斑蘭椰子自私蛋糕，去到十月尾就無啦。⚠️

The two absolute 🈲 FORBIDDEN things at the Cheesy factory:

1. Strictly NO eating the Cheesecakes during production.

2. Strictly NO thinking about eating the Cheesecakes during production.

Both are fatal. It recently took us half an hour to wake a staff member up because they were busy inhaling an 8" cake in their dream. We literally had to wait for them to finish before they'd wake up.

雖然但是，Cheesy真係每日都有專用嚟送蛋糕嘅貨車，將新鮮整好嘅蛋糕運到各個自提點（或直送到地址），確保你嘅蛋糕係新鮮軟滑+萬無一失。如果遲啲我哋真係有Cheesy專屬嘅車隊，咁就真係會喺條街度見到呢架大黃蜂周圍走lu。🤭
