Good Afternoon fine Hubbards market customers

This is Rod from RAD Sweets and Treats.

This message is sent with much thought, soul searching and a heavy heart. I have decided after only 2 years at this amazing market, that I absolutely love attending and being a part of the community, that I am going to take a step away for a year. I have found it very difficult finding the energy working my full time job plus baking for the market while going through my cancer treatments (it is inactive for a little bit thanks to radiation and hormone therapy so hoping it stays that way) week after week for the 6 months the market is operating plus the Christmas markets. So I am taking a year away to evaluate if or how I can continue this venture or whether I have to make a pivot. All I know is I can not continue down this road and become more healthy. I do have another pivot in mind and it will be RAD too, stay tuned.

I appreciate all you great folks and the love and welcome with open arms you have given me since day one of being a vendor there. There was a reason I chose this market even though it is an hour away from my home each way.

I wish you all a prosperous 2026 season and hope to run into you at some point.

We have FOUR musical performances this Saturday! Join us for caroling under the pavilion with the Ukesters at 12pm!
We also have a short performance by members of the Chester Area Middle School Band at 10am! How cool is that?!?! We love having the next generation involved in our market.
John Cahill and Friends will open our Market 9am
Too Many Strings will start at 12pm

We are so incredibly excited to announce our christmas markets! Our lineup is full but if you are a maker and wish to be on our wait list, please send an email with links to your product to [email protected]
Please note: only vendors with social media or a website will be considered. You must also completely make your product.
We require no: seaglass, resin art (jewelry), cricut, candles, soap, wood work, polymer clay, baked goods, candles, soaps...
We need: booze, metal or precious stone jewelry, print art, wearable art, ceramics/pottery, handmade personal products like reusable menstrual pads, stuff for dudes like beard oils ...
