A couple of days off in a row from my regular job means that my kitchen was a busy place! Many experiments and some old standards (some of the experiments will become standards too!): coconut flour strawberry muffins, oatmeal bread, no-bake triple chocolate fudge bars, and my classic sugar-free oatmeal raisin cookies! Also made but not pictured: oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The freezer is full and I am happy and feeling productive!
