Happy new year friends. Today I made a simple macaroni and cheese. Macaroni is catelli, meat balls are Italian, store bought. The sauce is part store, part me. I had some extra tomatoes last year, so I mushed them and added seasoning with what I normally use. Italian, oregano and garlic. Frozen until today. I added a store bought jar also. Was yummy. Tomorrow is going to be either pork stew or pork roast.
