Add us to your Trick or Treating route this year! 🎃🍭

On Saturday, October 31st, every kid who starts trick-or-treating with us early will receive a homemade meringue ghost, made by hand in our kitchen. We will also have a new open face and drink special - more details to come soon!

We can’t wait to celebrate this season with the families who make The Forge feel like home. 👻 These ghosts are available while supplies last, we are open 8:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday!

There is just something about this time of year that calls for warm, familiar flavours. 🫜

Since the beginning, we’ve wanted to bring traditional, time-honoured recipes into our Polishire bagels. Borscht was such a hit on our Eastern European menu this spring that it felt like a natural fit for soup season.

Our beets are oven-roasted and pureed by our bakers, then brightened with fresh chopped dill and beef broth. It’s a flavour we’re truly proud of.

Pumpkin Schmoo + Iced Pumpkin Chai this Thanksgiving weekend only! 🦃

Our Pumpkin Schmoo draws from the Manitoba classic with our specialty pumpkin shaped Pumpkin Pie bagel, Devonshire Cream, and our house-made butter cinnamon caramel. For all the sweet-lovers out there!

Pair it with our Iced Pumpkin Chai, topped with house-made cookie butter whip. Ask for it dirty for some extra caffeine ☕️

Available Saturday and Sunday only while supplies last (Pumpkin Schmoo only available on Saturday).

That's right, we turned our signature Pumpkin Pie Polishire bagel into the most beautiful fall meal you've ever eaten! These cuties are very labour intensive, so we're offering them for one day only on Saturday, October 10th! Starting now, you can preorder for pickup on Saturday (see instructions below) and they will also be available in-store on Saturday while supplies last!

The Forge Bagel Co. is all about gathering around food you love, with people you love. These bagels are built for that. A reason to slow down, make memories and focus on what matters.

PRE-ORDER INSTRUCTIONS;
1. Download and install the app from Apple or Google stores on your phone
2. Select October 10th as your pickup day
3. Select your bagels and lifts
4. The Pumpkin Pie bagel shown on the app is traditional shape but on Saturday, October 10th, they are automatically replaced with the pumpkin shape (all other bagel flavours remain the regular shape)
5. Enter your payment information and receive your confirmation
6. Your bagels and lifts will be waiting for you on October 10th - pickup anytime from 8am - 4pm.

Note on Availability: If the app does not allow you to add Pumpkin Pie bagels to your order, it will show as "In Store Only". We have a limited supply available for preorder and will have a limited quantity of pumpkin-shaped Pumpkin Pie bagels in stock for walk-in on Saturday, October 10th.

Our relentless pursuit of the best relies on repeatable processes that deliver exceptional results, each and every time. It’s what we do.
