We loved being part of this event as an exhibitor, meeting so many wonderful people, connecting with fellow food and beverage businesses, and sharing a little more about Piccola Cucina.

We were also especially proud to see our founder, Pina Romolo, take the stage for the “How to Scale a Business” conversation and share some of her experiences and lessons from growing Piccola Cucina. 💛

Made with *Piccola Cucina Almond Flour*, these savory waffles are a simple, protein-packed breakfast that's perfect for smaller appetites.

Ingredients:
* 1 cup Piccola Cucina Almond Flour
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ¼ tsp salt
* 1 tbsp chopped chives
* Grated Parmesan, for serving

Directions:

Whisk together the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and chives. Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes, then cook in a preheated waffle maker until golden and crisp. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy!
