Orders for custom decorated cakes, sliced cakes and cupcakes should be placed at least 3+ weeks in advance, 3D cakes and cakes with 3D decorations must be ordered 4 weeks in advance and Wedding cakes should be ordered at least 4 months in advance (this interval may vary over the time). Because of this, we regret that weโre unable to make other cake and filling flavors than we hav
e on our menu. Rest assured, however, that to accommodate a wide range of preferences, weโve created 10+ flavors, so weโre confident thereโs a cake and filling flavor to appeal to everyone! Thank you for your understanding!

! Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 30% deposit is always nonrefundable. The final payment can be done by e-transfer (at least 3 days before the pick up or delivery day), cash, debit/credit or cheques same day as pick up or delivery day.**

All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, and return the uneaten portion within 2ฬณ4ฬณ ฬณhฬณoฬณuฬณrฬณsฬณ. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we DO NOT provide refunds in cases where a product was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

Every cake is handmade. You may provide us with photographic inspiration for your order. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the design at any point in the process in order to benefit the aesthetic, as seen fit by us. Custom Cake design, cake flavor and fillings changes can be made ๐๐ฝ ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ the pick-up date.

We make every effort to match your colors. However, to get as close as possible, please provide us with a color swatch. Also, food-grade dyes may sometimes be difficult/impossible to match. Darker colors have a tendency to darken further with time, humidity, and heat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match.

Wedding and custom cakes, also other sliced cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. Our cake serving size is 1.5" x 2.5" and 3.5" - 4" tall. If you are serving larger slices of cake and run out, we are ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ to provide additional cake.
! All the wedding and custom cakeโs filling are made with milk and/or whipped cream, so they have a soft and creamy texture and they are not too sweet. Also, because of that they ๐บ๐๐๐ be stored in the fridge until they will be cut! (the cake can be exposed for pictures but it is not recommended to keep it out from the fridge for more than 3 hours). Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the weather conditions (heat, humidity, sunlight etc.). We are NOT liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.

Unfortunately we are not providing transportation for cakes under 80 servings. We only provide transportation of the custom or wedding cake if that is made for 80+ people or cake that has to be set up at the location, but not smaller than 80 servings, in this case the delivery fee is $25 within 20 km and $40 within 50km. We are NOT liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the dessert shop. During transportation, the cake must be placed on a flat surface such as on the floor or in the trunk of your vehicle so you should prepare it to be clean and free of items that could roll or slide onto the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ก๐ and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly.

Cake/cupcake stands and all other rentals must be returned within two business days of the event conclusion. Customer agrees to pay full replacement fee if these are not returned on time and/or are returned damaged (not in the condition they were given). A deposit of $๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฌ* must be paid two weeks prior to your order, which is ๐ณ๐๐น๐น๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ upon the return of all on-time and undamaged rentals.
