Tony Blaks - Union Bakery & Deli European Canadian Bakery specializing in bread, rolls, pastries, and burek. The Blak family have been bakers in Europe, USA and Canada since 1904.

Owned and operated by the Blak family, Anthony and his children Peter III and Stefani. A Family of Bakers Since 1904. Tracing our roots to Peter Blak who learnt to bake at the Bristol Hotel, in Warsaw Poland. He passed on the tradition to his son Peter Blak jr my father, who passed it on to me Tony Blak, and I'm, passing it on to my son Peter Blak III.

We had a very special day at our shop today, preparing bread for the traditional Polish harvest celebration known as Dożynki.
This celebration honours not only the hard work of the farmers who grow our wheat, but also the efforts of all workers. At the Windsor festival, we also celebrate the academic achievements of our young people and recognize generous donations to the volunteer organizations that make our Polish community so strong.
We are honoured to play even a small part in this wonderful Polish-Canadian celebration.
