Have orders for carrot cakes and cupcakes the next couple of days, had me thinking for throwback Thursday about the heaviest single cake I have made so far. This carrot cake was 3 layers full of raisins and walnuts, with a rich and creamy cream cheese icing. At 8 pounds almost 3 ounces It weighed more than each of my kids at birth 😜.
If anyone needs me I will be shredding about 10 pounds of carrots 🥰

Update: power back on after 1 hour and 36 minutes but who was counting 😜. Oven is now preheating again 🎉What do you do ...

8 pounds of strawberries sliced and diced to make the most light and delicious vanilla strawberry shortcake cupcakes 🍓🧁 today.
I do have 6 vanilla strawberry shortcake cupcakes for $25 available if anyone didn’t message yesterday and feels like they missed out 😉
Also have 2 half pans of my Nanaimo bar brownie, this is a treat that I came up with and as far as I know not available anywhere else in Durham ❤️. Each half pan is $20 and feel free to ask if you would like me to cut it into pieces, although a half pan is technically a piece 😜
