Village Bake Shop We have been in business for over 40 years. We bake fresh baked goods everyday. Specializing in European groceries, meat, and cheese all imported.

We are located in Whitby. We carry everything from fresh baked goods to European groceries to Dutch gift ware. Come in and take a look! Family owned since 1979. Everything is made from scratch. Bread, pastries, cakes, donuts, apple fritters, pies, etc, all made fresh daily. We have a full deli with cold meats, salads, and dutch meats and cheeses. Also carry a large selection of Dutch and European groceries. We strive to have the lowest prices and keep you coming back for more.

My name is Cory Vreeker, co owner of family business Village Bake Shop Whitby. I have started walking up CN Tower after my Grandpa passed away. When I was little my Grandpa was going take me up CN Tower, but the elevator was broken. So I said let’s take the stairs. My Grandpa just had hart attack couple years back, so wasn’t able to walk up. Every year until he passed we joked about walking up the tower together. Once I heard about the CN tower climbs, my wife and I have been climbing up for great causes twice a year. We hope the kids will follow in our footstep and join us when they reach 13.
