Our routine in Saudi has been incredible! We’ve been waking up at 4/5 am and sleeping at 9/10 pm and let me tell you… that crisp morning air just hits different 😍 praying I can keep this routine up when I’m back in Canada 🥲 are you an early riser or do you love to sleep in (like me)?
