I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but lately it feels important.

We are incredibly grateful for the growth we’ve experienced and for the excitement around new products—especially things like our cinnamon rolls and donuts. The support does not go unnoticed.

At our core, we are a bread bakery. Everything we do is rooted in sourdough, and that process takes time. Every single product we make takes over 24 hours from start to finish. Our team is working around the clock to keep up, and we are truly giving it everything we have.

The “extras” you see—like cinnamon rolls or donuts—are made when time allows. They aren’t always guaranteed and they never come at the expense of the bread we’re built on.

Selling out is something we’re grateful for, but we understand it can be disappointing. What’s been difficult lately is the negative response that sometimes comes with it. Being sworn at, questioned, or approached in public about not doing enough is something no small business owner should have to experience.

We are doing our best. Every single day.
We care deeply about what we’re building here, and we want it to be something positive, for our customers and for our small team.
