🎃Happy Halloween! 👻

This is still my favourite Halloween Cake design I've done to this date from the 18 years I've been doing this. I was even asked to teach this at a cake conference in Vancouver years back.

After the pumpkin was carved and covered in fondant the colour detailing was added with food colouring and an airbrush.

Jack Skeleton was made using a custom support, rice krispie squares, modeling chocolate and fondant. The detailing on his clothes was added by painting on black food colouring.

The grass on the board was done with royal icing and airbrushed colour. The candy treats were made out of fondant.
