A Sincere Thank You to Welland and the Niagara Region!

That’s a wrap! At 2:45 PM, the very last of our pickup-only specials headed out the door, and we were officially sold out of slices shortly after.
When I started bringing Detroit-style pizza to Dough & Design, I knew our city and the surrounding area were already full of fantastic local pizzerias. Each spot has its own unique character, but I noticed that outside of the big chains, true Detroit-style pies were missing from the local scene. I decided to take a chance, set up the shop, and see where it would go.
To say the support from the city of Welland and all of the Niagara region has been overwhelming would be an understatement. I am genuinely grateful to everyone who has made the trip to grab a slice or a pie.
Because of that incredible response, I’m already planning to increase my dough volume to make sure more of you can get your hands on our pizza. Thank you for supporting a small, local business and for welcoming Dough & Design into your rotation for cakes, desserts, and now, pizza. I know there are plenty of great places to choose from, and it means the world that you choose us.

Today we have double pepperoni slices avail and onion green pepper mushroom with pesto pizza for the non meat crowd

**As well as a pick up only rainy day special that is very limited to first come first serve and it goes a little something like this **

(1) Detroit 10x14 pizza up to 3 toppings
(6) breaded chicken bites served with celery and carrot and blue cheese dip (sauced up with either mild, hot buffalo, honey garlic or scorching hot bbq )
(2) drinks pop of choice or water
(2) desserts of choice ( large cookie or cannoli or cheesecake
(1) garlic cheese bread or garlic bread (your choice)
(1) large take out tub of gelato (choose from Torrone crunch, tiramisu or raspberry cheesecake gelato)
Cheese cake flavour are blueberry or Nutella or cherry
Pop flavours are Pepsi, Diet Pepsi , Dr Pepper zero, crush grape , orange cream soda, mugs root beer , sprite fuse ice tea Mountain Dew, MD voltage , MD code red MD Baja blast
Cookie flavours are oatmeal soft peanut butter chocolate chip peanut butter m&m or double chocolate
Cannoli are biscoff, chocolate chip, or pistachio
