Due to a recent kitchen accident resulting in a significant burn injury, our Chicago Deep Dish Pizza production will be temporarily paused for approximately one week while healing takes place.
The safety of our team is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unexpected setback.

We're putting the finishing touches on our complete menu, which will be rolling out Monday/Tuesday. Please note that we are always closed on Mondays, as Lisa attends medical treatments.

🚒 A Quick Community Update Regarding Our Cannolis 🇮🇹

Today we had a visit from the Fire Department following a complaint regarding the preparation of our cannolis.
As always, we welcomed the inspection with open arms.
Between my 28 years in the food industry and my wife's 9 years in the baking and culinary industry, we bring nearly 40 years of combined experience to everything we create. Food safety, fire safety, cleanliness, and compliance are not afterthoughts. They are part of our daily routine and something we take great pride in.
We are pleased to report that everything was found to be in order.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the members of our Fire Department for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to keeping our community safe. Their time and expertise are invaluable.
While we understand that questions and concerns can arise, we encourage anyone with genuine questions about our products or processes to simply ask. We have always been an open book and are happy to explain how we prepare and serve our food.
At Dough & Design, our focus remains exactly where it has always been: ❤️ Serving our customers 🍕 Creating great food 🍰 Making memories 🇮🇹 Sharing a little piece of our passion with Niagara
