C J Pies 'n' More We are known as "The Little Dutch Bakery in Warren" We, Colleen & Gerry Pronk, are the owners of C J Pies 'n' More.

We use our own recipes to create quality products knowing exactly what goes into our recipes and can address any allergies or ingredient concerns of the public. Gerry is a professional pastry chef, trained in Holland and with experience in various countries in Europe before emigrating to Canada where he continued to work with a variety of large hotel chains before we opened our bakery. er a full line of European style pastries, sugar free breads, homemade soups, gravies, chili, pizza and more. There is also a variety of meat pies (tourtiere, chicken, turkey, steak & kidney, bison, etc.), ready to bake at home, along with an assortment of fruit pies and cakes. We also cater to special occasions with cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, communions, graduations, etc.
