We’re leaning right into cozy fall food this week — soups, sandwiches, baking, fall drinks, and the start of our Oktoberfest Fridays! 🍁

Turkey Bacon Havarti — turkey, crispy bacon, creamy Havarti, lettuce, tomato & ranch

Ham & Cheddar Panini — ham and melty cheddar on sourdough, hot off the panini press

Chicken Caesar Wrap — roasted chicken breast, crisp romaine, Parmesan, bacon & Caesar dressing

Egg Salad — our house-made egg salad served on homemade bread

Throughout October, I’ll be sharing some traditional German dishes and family recipes I grew up with.

This Friday: Gulasch mit Spätzle und Karottensalat 🇩🇪

Tender beef slow-cooked in a rich tomato-paprika gravy, served with homemade Spätzle (German egg noodles) and a bright, tangy German carrot salad on the side to cut through all that rich, cozy goodness.

⏰ Available Friday after 10:30 AM only!

This special is first come, first served and available while supplies last. I’ll only have a limited number of servings, so if you want to try it, make sure you get yours before it’s gone!

📣 A little reminder — Ryeteous Café is CLOSED this week.

Mom and I are both away for some planned medical stuff, so we’re taking the week off and giving ourselves the time we need.

A little note about the kind of space we want Ryeteous Café to be. ❤️☕

We know that the people who walk through our doors come from all different backgrounds, families, beliefs and perspectives — and we think that's perfectly okay.

Ryeteous isn't a political space, and this isn't a political statement. It's actually much simpler than that.

We don't expect the people around us to agree with us in order to like them, respect them, work with them, love them, or share a table with them. We also don't assume that spouses, family members, friends or coworkers necessarily share one another's opinions. Each of us gets to speak for ourselves.

As the owner of Ryeteous, I have intentionally chosen for the café to remain neutral. When I'm behind that counter, I'm there to welcome you, feed you, make you a great cup of coffee and hopefully give you a nice place to spend a little bit of your day. The same goes for our staff.

You don't need to tell us how you vote, what you believe, who you worship, who you love, or where you land on any particular issue.

Just come as you are.

We only ask that we give one another the same kindness, respect and freedom to do the same.

Different people. Different perspectives. Same table. ❤️

And there's always coffee. ☕
