No Added Calories Food Packages I have packages for soups, chilis, side-dishes of rice or couscous. They contain the dry ingredients, you add a few fresh ingredients and that's it!

I package easy meals. Oh, and desserts! I dehydrate most of the ingredients myself and avoid most common allergens. I do the measuring and preparation for you. For most packages, all you need to add are the perishable ingredients such as water, eggs, butter, a can of tomatoes, or some cheese. You may want to add a few other ingredients such as nuts, or a dash of hot sauce. Then just cook or bake.

You can enjoy the aroma and, of course, you can accept the accolades for the hard work of home cooking and baking.
