A Farewell…
Dear Victoria, I don't know how to recap the last eight years of opening the door for you, giving you a hug, and feeding your belly :)
Ive been so blessed to have spent my workdays surrounded by the most beautiful and inspirational people. Those who spend their workday surrounded by music, delicious ingredients, and friends.
So many people who have joined me for dinner have ended up joining me for life. That's really what the restaurant world means to me... a place where you come to have an experience, a place you go to feel alive and be out... a place to connect in a genuine way with the world around you and bump into those who are on the same road but a different journey.
It's a special thing to break bread with someone. To nourish your body and mind together leaves an everlasting footprint in your tummy.
To everyone who has made not only my life but the life of my family so special I’ll always be thankful.
Three tips!
Walk into the kitchen and thank the Chef if you love the food.
Order the extra glass of wine you ‘don’t need’ (it’s where the best conversation is hiding)
Hugs hugs and when in doubt …hugs!
