Well I have been on a bit of a hiatus for the past 1.5 years but I am feeling in the holiday spirit so I thought I would make some treats!

Homemade raspberry chocolate ripple ice cream with a lemon almond sponge topped with a marshmallowy meringue and toasted to perfection.
