This traditional, dense, buttery shortbread cookie is half dipped in dark chocolate - available by the cookie or we make bags of one dozen for a quick pickup!

We love the combination of fresh strawberries with our home made vanilla custard & our fresh whipping cream! We make it with vanilla cake available by the slice or a variety of whole cakes!

If you order ahead, you can customize! Choose almonds or chocolate around the sides, or even choose chocolate cake!

Rows upon rows of pastries fill our bakery counter fridges! 🤤

This Saturday we are stocking up for dessert for the weekend! We always include some of our Porcupines as they are a crowd pleaser! A meringue base is topped with whipped custard and vanilla buttercream before being decorated with nougat spikes & entirely dipped in chocolate!!

Our sweet, flaky puff pastry is covered in cinnamon & coarse sugar before baking! They are flaky & messy but we think the mess is worth it!

If you love our shortbread cookies & you love almonds, you must try these cookies! We take two thin shortbread cookies & sandwich them together with our home made almond paste in the middle! We top them with a whole almond before baking them to golden perfection!

Our mocha buttercream is made using the real thing - coffee!! We make our buttercream from scratch & a double batch of coffee is what gives our mocha buttercream its flavour!
