A true showstopper! This two tiered cake was designed to celebrate major accomplishments and passions for a 65th birthday. From Ducati motorcycles, to football, to a military career - this cake has it all! A big shout out to for the amazing cake toppers that pull this whole cake together. She has a knack for making magic happen when I send her barely formed ideas from my brain! I can’t decide if the football player or the mechanical engineering gears are my favourite touch! Inside the cake? Layers of rich chocolate cake, raspberry buttercream, raspberry reduction, fresh raspberries and of course, dark chocolate ganache 😋🍫❤️
