🍞✨ New Shape. Same Sourdough. ✨🍞

Over the winter, we started baking some of our sourdough in loaf pans — and the feedback has been amazing.

You’ve been loving:
✔️ Easy, even slicing
✔️ The perfect fit for the toaster
✔️ A classic shape for traditional sandwiches

It may look different, but don’t worry — each loaf is still the exact same weight as our open-baked loaves. About 2 lbs of naturally leavened sourdough, just in a new form.

Same ingredients. Same long ferment. Same flavor you love.

And when market opens back up, we’ll be bringing a mix of both shapes — so you won’t have to choose just one 😉

Our sourdough pizza dough is slow-fermented, naturally leavened, and made with the same care as our bread.
It bakes up with a crisp crust, soft chew, and that deep sourdough flavor you can’t fake.
Pizza night just got a whole lot better 🍕🤍

500g - Makes one 10-12” pizza or two personal 6” pizzas.

How to use: Thaw dough overnight in your fridge or leave on the counter 3-4 hours (depending on room temperature).

Shape: On floured parchment (or sprinkled with cornmeal if you prefer) flatten into round. Shaping directly on parchment makes transferring to oven easy.
Optional: for puffier crust, let rise 20-30 min before topping.
Top with ingredients of your choice.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 500F, until crust is golden, bubbly and cheese is melted. It may take longer if not using a preheated stone or steel or if you go with a thick crust.
