Our winter break is coming to an end, and I canāt help but feel so overwhelmed with gratitude.
For our wonderful customers, without you, we would be nothing. Because you keep coming through our doors, it allows us to keep baking, and that truly is the best gift.
For our staff, who keep everything running behind the scenes, we absolutely couldnāt do this without you.
And finally, last but most definitely not least, our families. They see it all: the massive ups and downs, the highs and the lows. They are always there to support us, and without that support, Iām not sure weād be able to do any of this.
With everyoneās support combined, the feeling of gratitude is incredibly high. So thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for supporting our small business and for loving what we do.
We knew owning a bakery would be a massive job when we decided to buy it, and a massive job it has been, but it has also been incredibly rewarding, especially knowing we are making the best product we possibly can for you.
We hope we can keep doing this for you for years to come.
