☕️ Barista / Front of House Associate
🥐 Bakery Helper

Both positions have the potential for full-time hours, with wages ranging from $18.15–$20/hour depending on experience, plus generous equal-share tips.

Honestly? We think we have the best work environment around. 🙌

Heads up everyone!

Starting today and until further notice we will be closing at 6 PM. We are taking it easy in the evenings and easing the load on our staff for a bit. We hope to get back to the 9 pm close in the fall.

We will still be open late for jazz every second Tuesday and for special events and concerts… just stay tuned for info on those.

It's Alyssa's last day (for a while)! Our dear Alyssa is heading off on maternity leave. We are so excited for you and Daniel and your new bean.... BUT we are also sad to not have your presence here daily. Alyssa is the backbone of Ratio. 10+ years of hard work, leadership and creativity. We would not be the Ratio we are today without her.

STORY TIME: A few years back there was this handsome Swiss timber frame guy that would come in for his croissant and latte. He'd always gaze into the bakery and check out the pastries our team was working on. Alyssa took notice of this strapping man. Little did she know he was also noticing her. Eventually they started to have casual conversations and our whole team would watch and giggle while they flirted in the hallway. Daniel & Alyssa finally (to everyone's excitement) started dating. It was a perfect match! Fast forward to today... they have built a beautiful life together and they eagerly are awaiting for baby to arrive. We couldn't be happier for you both.

All of us at Ratio and the family of customers wish you and Daniel all the best and can't wait to meet your little red headed swiss bundle of Joy. CONGRATS!!!!
