🍞💕 We’re getting back into baking!

Hey everyone! We’re going to try to get back into more consistent baking again! 🥰

We’ve since moved out of town, but we’ll be in Vermilion on Friday mornings, so I thought, why not bring some fresh homemade goodies along with us?!

We’ll be offering sourdough boules, sourdough sandwich loaves, homemade buns, and sourdough cookies! 🍪

This week’s cookie flavours are Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin, with sugar-free options available for an additional charge!

🚗 FREE Friday morning delivery in Vermilion!

🍞 Bread & bun orders close Wednesday at 8 PM.

🍪 Cookie orders close Thursday at 8 PM.

We’ll be doing this depending on how many orders come in each week, so hopefully we can make it a regular Friday thing!

Everything is homemade with lots of love, and I’m so excited to get back into the kitchen and bake for you all again! ❤️

We’re dipping our toes back into the baking world, and what better way to start than with some fresh, homemade dinner rolls for Thanksgiving weekend! 🧡

We’re starting small to see how things go, but we’re so excited to get baking again!

🍞 Classic Yeast Dinner Rolls

• 6 rolls — $10
• 12 rolls — $16
• Make them cheddar cheese rolls for an extra $2!

• In-town pickup from 10 AM–12 PM

As food truck season starts winding down, we’re getting back into one of our favourite things baking for our community 🤎

We won’t be able to offer our pay what you can option right now, as we’ve still been quietly helping families behind the scenes when they’ve needed a little extra support. But we’re excited to start offering more fresh baking through Crumb & Co. Apothecary again.

Today we have fresh buttery sandwich loaves super soft, fluffy, and perfect for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, or honestly just warm with butter. They’re made mostly as a classic yeast bread with a little sourdough starter added in for extra flavour.

$10 each or 2 for $16

To celebrate Canada Day, I made a batch of homemade Sourdough Banana Bread Muffins! They’re soft, fluffy, and packed with ripe bananas for that classic banana bread flavour.

These muffins are:
🍌 Made with sourdough starter
🌾 Made with whole wheat flour
🌱 Egg-free
🥛 Dairy-free
💛 high fibre muffins

Unlike many of my usual baking items, these are not sugar-free, they’re a classic, lightly sweetened banana bread muffin made to be enjoyed!

Perfect for breakfast, a snack with coffee, or tucked into a lunchbox. They also freeze beautifully!

We have absolutely loved baking for this community, creating sourdough and sharing joy has truly been a bright light for me and my kids over the past year. It’s been such a meaningful part of our lives. However, we’re at a point where we need to pause. The economy is tough for everyone, and we’ve had more folks receiving than able to pay. To keep things sustainable for our family, we’ll take a couple of months to regroup and focus on other ventures. We hope to return stronger and are so grateful for all your support!

We’re just finishing up prep for our sourdough cookies this week! We had a bunch baked fresh today, and more will be baking tomorrow. 🍪
