Even though I daily with a passion for creating & , trained in Europe with an exceptional group of individuals, this is an actual treat & very much appreciated!
My mother decides to bake our (Calabrese) traditional (sweet bread & cookie version) and triggers the best memories 🇮🇹❤️ sitting at my grandmother’s table as child dipping the cookie in coffee and milk (more milk than coffee 🤷🏻‍♂️) to fighting with siblings on who gets the egg lol.

This is just a simple reminder that great baking doesn’t just come from training and experience, when you bake, you need to bake with love!❤️
