In Italy, on March 8th, they celebrate Woman's Day with Mimosa branches along with a delicious Mimosa Cake. It's made with homemade Italian sponge cake, creamy Chantilly cream, and the layers are doused with fresh squeezed orange juice for extra flavour. Of course, this can be made with champagne and OJ just like the Mimosa drink.
