Artisan bakery located in Vaughan. Our business includes a wholesale boutique bakehouse. Using stone oven and rack oven we daily produce freshly baked sourdough pieces of bread, buns, sweet and savory pastries, and much more...
Job requirements:
Scaling and mixing dough
Dividing and shaping loaves/buns/baguettes
Mixing, proofing, and baking to our specifications
Rolling croissants/danishes
Packing orders for delivery
Providing support to the whole bakery team, demonstrating teamwork, and foster good working relationships
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment used in the baking process
Using a combination of manual techniques and automated equipment.
Maintaining and keeping all equipment sanitary and in good working condition
Skills and qualifications -
Ability to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to handle weight up to 25 Kg.
Ability to use large ovens, production guides, automatic production lines, mixers, forms for bakery products, proof boxes, bakery scale, etc.
Candidates must have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time
