Beyond the numbers, 2025 was about building the scalable North American infrastructure that brings our better-for-you innovation to more homes across Canada and the US in 2026.

*Annual revenues reached US ~$13.8 million.
*Gross margin out of revenues improved to 25.4%, compared to 22.7% in 2024.
*Launched localized production in North America in partnership with Queen Street Bakery.
*Successfully completed the acquisition of Gluten Free Nation and acquired a majority interest in Dare to Be Different Foods.

Fresh off the line and already moving!

We recently completed our first North American production run of Eshbal’s gluten-free Pita Bread, produced in partnership with Queen St Bakery.

The entire first batch has already been sold and shipped to a foodservice restaurant group in Northern California, officially kicking off our localized commercial operations.

More production runs planned in the coming weeks as we scale up our inventory for our online store and upcoming retail evaluations.
