The first Boss Bakery & Restaurant opened at Chinatown in 1989 in a pioneering move to combine “Chinese catering” and “western services” and has been continuously expanding our Hong Kong-style Café Cuisine profile, with the Chinatown Boss Bakery & restaurant as the Vancouver city’s popular brand.
The Metrotown Metropolis Boss Bakery & Restaurant opened in 1999, affords the traditional Hong Kong-style Café Cuisine a contemporary look and feel with its innovative setting and new dish combinations.
